14. Order #2 (Commission) grants Southwestern Electric Power Company's (SWEPCO) Motion for Protective Order filed November 20, 2009 on an interim basis. SWEPCO shall cause said Confidential Information to be filed and/or otherwise provided under seal as requested. Said information shall be reproduced on distinctive pink paper and if provided in digital format, on a CD that is distinctively red or pink in color. The Commission's standard "AFFIDAVIT OF NON-DISCLOSURE" shall be executed and filed in this docket by all Staff and Intervenor representatives granted access.
