58. Order #16 (Commission) ERRATA ORDER In the Omnibus Energy Efficiency ("EE") Roadmap Order issued in each of the above referenced dockets on February 2, 2010, (at page 5) the Commission incorrectly stated as October 1, 2011, the revised date for the EE utilities to file their EE program plan and portfolio filings for Program Year 2011. The correct date for these filings is October 1, 2010. Notwithstanding the Commission approval of the programs, portfolios, and budgets for all EE utilities for the 18-month period from January 1, 2010, through June 30, 2011, the Commission still expects the utilities to file annual reports each year on April 1, covering program activity and results for the previous calendar year, as required by the Conservation and Energy Efficiency ("C&EE") Rules.
