ORDER NO. 7 (COMMISSION) Having considered these requests, the Commission grants EAI’s Motion and the Joint Motion and permits EAI’s Settlement and Non-Settlement Witnesses and the Joint Parties’ Supplemental Witnesses to appear as panels. The Commission will first allow EAI to present its panel of Settlement and Non-Settlement witnesses, Ms. Taylor, Mr. Lewis, and Mr. Griffith. Next the Commission will allow the AG to present its Settlement Witness Ms. Tacker and then allow Staff to present its Non-Settlement witness Mr. Athas followed by its Settlement Witness Ms. Butler. Finally, the Commission will allow the Joint Parties to present their panel of Supplemental Direct Witnesses Mr. Smith, Ms. Tacker, and Ms. Butler. When the witnesses appear in a panel, it is imperative that each witness identify himself or herself each time the witness speaks so that the court reporter can transcribe the hearing correctly. The Commission also asks that the witnesses not speak over one another. Failure to abide by these instructions may result in the witnesses being presented individually instead of as a panel.
