7. ORDER NO. 1 (COMMISSION) The Commission orders as follows: 1. Lyft has met all qualifications of the Act and the TNC Rules and is therefore granted a permit to operate a TNC in Arkansas effective the date of this Order. 2. Lyft shall pay to the Commission within a week of this Order being issued the amount of $698.63 as a pro rata portion of the annual fee for the period of September 14, 2017, to September 30, 2017. The $15,000 annual fee submitted with the Application will be applied to the fee period of October 1, 2017, through September 30, 2018. 3. Lyft shall comply with all compliance procedures required under Section 4 of the TNC rules, including the quarterly verifications under Rule 4.01 and the annual fee payments and annual reporting requirements under Rule 4.02.
