PUBLIC UTILITY AUDITOR
Position is assigned to the General Staff - Audits Section. Primary duties include auditing utility companies and analyzing utility company filings as directed, developing or assisting in the development of Staff’s position and the presentation of testimony on various regulatory issues. Out-of-state travel is required.
The formal education equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, plus two years of experience in auditing or financial analysis. Other job related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements upon approval of Qualifications Review Committee. Certified Public Accountants are preferred..

PSC CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE
Position is assigned to the PSC Commissioners’ Staff. Position is responsible for regulating utility rates and services, providing research-based legal, technical, and policy advice and recommendations regarding regulatory issues, and rendering decisions in assigned cases.
Must be licensed to practice law and admitted to the Arkansas State Bar in accordance with ACA 16-22-201; plus seven years of experience in trial work and public utility regulation including six years of supervisory experience. Other job related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements with the exception of licensure requirements, upon approval of Qualifications Review Committee.
