JOB TITLE:
RATE CASE ANALYST

JOB SUMMARY:
Position is assigned to the PSC General Staff – Financial Analysis Section. Primary duties include the review and analysis of utility company filings and presentation of testimony before the Arkansas Public Service Commission.

MIN. QUALIFICATIONS:
The formal education equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or a related business field; plus three years of experience in rate analysis, financial analysis, economic forecasting or related field. A CPA, MBA or advanced business degree is preferred. Additionally, demonstrated experience in the field of credit analysis is considered a plus.

Other job related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements upon approval of the Qualifications Review Committee.

SALARY:
State Pay Plan Grade C121
