PUBLIC UTILITY AUDITOR
Position is assigned to the General Staff - Audits Section. Primary duties include auditing utility
companies and analyzing utility company filings as directed, developing or assisting in the
development of Staff’s position and the presentation of testimony on various regulatory issues.
Out-of-state travel is required.
The formal education equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, plus two
years of experience in auditing or financial analysis. Other job related education and/or
experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements upon approval of
Qualifications Review Committee. Certified Public Accountants are preferred.
