PAYROLL SERVICES COORDINATOR
Position is assigned to the PSC Commission Staff – Fiscal Section. Position works under administrative
direction and is responsible for developing payroll procedures and requirements, provides technical
assistance to organization administration and counsels employees regarding payroll policies, tax
changes, retirement information and insurance options.
The formal education equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or related
field plus three years of experience in payroll services activities or related area, including one
year in a supervisory capacity Other job related education and/or experience may be substituted for
all or part of these basic requirements upon approval of the Qualifications Review Committee.
Preferred qualifications include experience with the Arkansas Administrative Statewide Information
