Motor Carrier Verification Form

The Assessment Year must be completed to perform a query.

To verify that the Tax Division has received your Annual Motor Carrier Report,
enter your Arkansas M# and the assessment year to be verified.

If you are verifying that a piece of equipment has been assessed, enter the last six digits of the Vin number and the assessment year to be verified.
